Which one should you choose?
Filler is a good answer for a small dorsal irregularity, a slightly drooping tip, or for someone who wants to preview a straighter profile before committing to surgery.
Surgery is the only answer if the nose is too large, too wide, deviated, or if you cannot breathe properly through it.
One caution: the nose has a tight blood supply, and filler placed there carries a small but real risk of vascular occlusion. It should only ever be done by someone who performs it regularly and keeps hyaluronidase to hand.
