PRP vs Hair Mesotherapy
Your own growth factors, or a prepared vitamin cocktail
Both are injected into the scalp to support follicles that are still alive but producing weaker hair. Neither regrows hair from a bald area: once the follicle has gone, nothing injected will bring it back.
PRP concentrates platelets from your own blood. Mesotherapy delivers a prepared mixture of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and peptides.

Which one should you choose?
PRP has the better evidence for pattern thinning and is the first choice when hair is miniaturising but still present. It is also commonly used after a transplant to support the grafts.
Mesotherapy is useful where the problem is nutritional or stress-related shedding rather than pattern loss, and for people who would rather not have blood drawn.
The two are often run together. If you are being offered either one as a cure for an established bald area, find another clinic.
120 € – 250 €
Questions fréquentes
- Will PRP regrow a bald patch?
- No. It supports follicles that still exist. An area that has been smooth for years has no follicles left to support.
- Can I have them after a transplant?
- Yes, and it is common. PRP is usually started a month or so after surgery to support both the grafts and the native hair around them.
