What we are licensed to do, and by whom
A row of unfamiliar logos proves nothing to someone reading from another country. So each one here says what body issued it, what it actually covers and what it does not. Where you can verify it yourself, we say how.
Licences
-
Turkish Ministry of Health Licence
Every private health facility in Turkey operates under a licence from the Ministry of Health, renewed after inspection. The licence covers the premises, the equipment and the scope of procedures the facility is permitted to perform.
T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı · Renewed annually
-
International Health Tourism Authorisation
A separate authorisation required before a facility may treat patients travelling from abroad. It sets requirements for interpreter provision, patient information in the patient's own language, transfer arrangements and complaint handling.

Specialist Medical Registration
Every surgeon operating here holds specialist registration in their field — plastic and reconstructive surgery, otorhinolaryngology, obstetrics and gynaecology, or general surgery. Registration can be verified publicly for any doctor named on your treatment plan.

Central Sterilisation Unit Standards
Instruments are processed through a central sterilisation unit with recorded cycles and batch tracking, so every set used in an operation can be traced back to the cycle that sterilised it. Single-use items — sapphire blades, Choi tips, punches, cannulas — are never reprocessed.

Anaesthetist-Led Theatre Cover
Procedures under general anaesthesia or sedation are performed in a fully equipped theatre with a specialist anaesthetist present throughout and a recovery area staffed until the patient is discharged. This is a question worth asking any clinic you are comparing.

Patient Data Protection (KVKK and GDPR)
Medical records and photographs are held under Turkish data protection law, and under GDPR for patients resident in the European Union. Photographs are never published without separate written consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any point.
KVKK · EU GDPR · Continuous
Licences and registrations are renewed on their own cycles and are current as at the date shown. Any of them can be checked directly with the issuing body, and we will give you the registration numbers if you ask.
