Placing grafts with an implanter pen, without pre-opened channels.
A placement technique in which a Choi implanter opens the channel and inserts the graft in one movement. It allows precise control of angle and direction and can be performed without shaving the recipient area, which is why it is favoured for hairlines and for female patients.
